I was terminated from my job in a pvt. firm in DUBAI. though my contract was limited my employer refuses topay?

i joined a pvt. construction firm in dubai exactly one year ago. recently my employer terminated my service with one months notice the reason stated in termination letter was due to restructuring of company. now my hr says that i cannot get anything except one month notice pay. people say that since my contract was limited i am entitled to get three months of total package salary. no one is able to answer properly. i have even gone through uae labor law but that too dosent exactly specify what is to be done. someone pls kindly help and guide me on this issue. tks
