Nursing School questions......help please!!!!?

Ok, so I want to be a nurse. I know that I want to be a RN, but I eventually want to specialize, maybe as a nurse midwife or nurse anesthetist. My questions are I have two hometown colleges, one with an ociate degree program and also a pre-baccalaureate transferable program, and than the mother college with a master degree and bachelor degree nursing program. Should I get my ociate degree, get experience than specialize, or just go for my bachelors? Im so confused, I just need some advice from ANYONE who has been in my situation. Thanks in advance!!!
