Are all countries of the world members of the IMF ie International monetary Fund?

Almost all countries belong to the IMF. A few do not -- Cuba is a good example -- because they do not accept the conditions for membership. You may have heard that Venezuela pulled out of the IMF and the World Bank a few days ago, because they do not agree with the work that these institutions are doing.
