How should I accesorize this outfit?

Congratulations! I really like the skirt and the top. Since the shirt is very elegant and the skirt is funky, spice is up with some heels. Don't wear any colored tights or nylons unless you would like to wear some pantyhose (skin toned). To not take away from the shirt's style, don't where any big and junky jewelry. Instead, just wear some very nice earrings if you can find a purple and black pair of earrings that will work and tie the outfit together. Also wear your hair in either ringlets or a loose nice curl.
