This is what my nose type is like, how did I get this nose type?

Nose height and width generally depends on the environment in which your ancestors were living. The temperature and the humidity causes noses to become shaped a certain way over time in order to warm or cool the air flowing into your nasal cavity. Of course, nose shapes are not fixed since people move around so much these days and don't stay in one area like they once did. Looking at those pictures, your nose seems to be kind of characteristic of European noses, which seems to match most of your heritage.
